It's 2026!! Your team needs to prioritize efficiency when building out software products.
Stop manually writing server and client boilerplate code. Rely on a single source document – OpenAPI specifications and generate your code.

Google Agent Skills dropped yesterday. 🙌
I took it for a spin, built an AI agent on top of it, and documented the entire process step-by-step so you can replicate it. 🚀

That's why I published this article: Efficient Software Development Workflow: One Schema, Two Ends https://t.co/o0vcVRVdNg
Use code generation tools to generate API integration code for frontend & backend from OpenAPI spec – To avoid crashouts like this 😂

Take this advice from someone who’s heard a lot of no’s… and a lot of silence.
Do your thing alone if you have to.
Put your heart into it and trust your vibe.
Keep showing up, even on the quiet days.
It might take time, but you’ll get there.
You’ll be fine.
I don't know your specific life goals, but here's the clearest advice I can give right now: learn AI—immediately.
Flash back to August 1992 in Shell Port Harcourt. My dad’s office installed PCs and forced the whole department to learn Windows. A few years later, they retrenched over 2,000 people deemed "obsolete." Secretaries, administrative assistants, typists, writers, filing clerks, switchboard operators, bookkeepers—entire categories of jobs wiped out almost overnight. I saw my friends' mothers and neighbors lose stable careers they'd held for a decade or longer. What felt permanent evaporated as computers reshaped the office.
That was the first major wave.
Then came the second wave around 2007–2010 with smartphones and mobile internet. They disrupted massive ecosystems: bank tellers (fewer in-person transactions), telephone operators, travel agents (booking sites took over), film-processing technicians and one-hour photo labs (digital cameras killed them), video rental stores and Blockbuster clerks (streaming ended that era). Supporting professions—everything from travel wholesalers to photo developers—had to pivot or disappear.
The world evolves at breakneck speed. Learn fast. Adapt faster. Or get left behind, just like those who resisted the PC shift or missed the mobile revolution.
AI isn't merely the next tool—it's the third, and potentially biggest, wave yet. Those who master it (prompt engineering, building with models, integrating AI into workflows, or creating AI-powered solutions) will shape and thrive in tomorrow's jobs. Those who ignore it... history doesn't repeat exactly, but it rhymes painfully.
What do you think—are you ready to dive in? What's one small step you're taking this week?
I recently published dart_mcp_toolkit package https://t.co/GrRECertK4 🚀: a model-based approach of defining tools for MCP servers in @dart_lang — using annotations to auto-generate tool schemas instead of writing them by hand.

Growth often goes unnoticed while it’s happening. Only in reflection do we see how one small step can achieve great things.
A little throwback to where the magic (and a lot of learning) happened over the past decade. Every workspace holds a story of each point in my journey.

AI models are powerful on their own — but what if you could extend them with the ability to take real-world actions tailored to your needs?
That’s where MCP comes in. It serves as a bridge between AI and external tools.
