@CarrieCnh12 The replies are already frying you but people like you are the worst thing for activism, a performative complainer that does no research before spouting fake outrage that does absolutely nothing to help any cause or any people whatsoever.
@Bahabanygirl@nfr_podcast Nah not tomato tomato, you literally responded to a point that was not made lol. And he has spoken up about plenty of issues in hip hop in his music and interviews over decades.
@C2Poke@SeewhyChels Kendrick was already hot by then, definitely more than Keem was when he came out. Section 80 already dropped and is now considered a classic by many. Good kid blew him up and the Drake stimmy helped but not much
@thecheckinrepor@SeewhyChels Drake stans be talking about his money and women like it’s theirs 😭😭 never seen so many men bragging for another dude it’s genuinely embarrassing. Even his non crazy fans are starting to notice he’s clearly not happy even with everything he has - having fun vs true happiness
@King_Paapi_ And since he’s the ‘certified lover boy’ maybe make a song about love for once? As opposed to bitching about bartenders and bragging about Birkins.
@King_Paapi_ Maybe hang out with people his own age instead of just streamers and teenage girls playing dress up, if you’re going to say pray for Gaza don’t do it on a song about sex etc. etc. A lot of us that grew up listening to him, we have matured and he hasn’t, in fact he’s regressed.
@Agtesnx@Kurrco Three albums and a stream and all they can think about is Kendrick 😭 And your boy doesn’t even make songs about being in a relationship, just bartenders and Birkin bags
@Sp1dey30@GunnerDobbins May’s does is what moves her to tears. And again the extremes are just too much. Going from seemingly normal to sadistic and homicicdal and back to normal again. Not enough explanation at all imo. But agree to disagree.
@Sp1dey30@GunnerDobbins How was Sarah confirmation of that? And again, we don’t see enough happen for her to go from seemingly normal to monster willing to murder innocents for no reason. Then does another 180 and doesn’t kill her sister’s actual murderer after a speech from a dead woman she’s never met
@Sp1dey30@GunnerDobbins I just don’t see it tbh. The leap from I’m sad because my sister is gone to attempted murder of random innocents is just too big without enough justification. And things she was doing that didn’t help her goal at all was my initial point, and her enjoyment of it was not apathy
@Sp1dey30@GunnerDobbins The issue is how she is characterised, the movie doesn’t tell us who she is beyond her powers and losing her sister, we have no idea what she was like beforehand, no personality, hopes, values, fears, nothing. She just seemed pretty regular but then becomes a sadistic maniac
