I don't know if I've ever had a product or UI redesign just absolutely trash my workflows as much as the new* #BigQuery browser UI has.

*Not actually new, I've just refused to migrate until forced to, which is now.

Normally this wouldn't be a problem, there are a bunch of SQL clients out there, I'd just switch to SQuirreL or DBeaver, but no, can't do that! BigQuery doesn't play well with others, wants to keep all its toys for itself.
