@_petegreen Yes, I have a touch screen on my laptop, I disabled it in the bios which did not affect the problem. Turning it on or off.

@_petegreen I ran a keyboard debugger and it looks like the shift key is not being pressed.

@AdobeCare I narrowed down the problem if it helps. When I open Photoshop it works correctly until I press any key on the keyboard.

@AdobeCare Still having the same issue. To give more context I do have a 4K panel with a touch screen. The exact model is a Dell XPS 15 9550
