505 squat. Hit a huge 50 pound PR and ended up with a 505 squat and #3 all time for Selinsgrove football. It’s an awesome achievement but I want to next break the school record of 540 and hopefully squat in the 600’s or high 500’s by next season. The future is bright!
550 deadlift. The Selinsgrove all time deadlift record has been broken and 550 deadlift is conquered. Very happy with the lift but I’m still not done. 600 pounds will come sooner rather later and I can’t wait to see what the future holds!

300 pound bench. The final lift of max outs was this 300 pound bench press while at 280 BW. It’s a solid mark and I’m finally in the 300’s but I’m only gonna continue improving and hopefully be in the mid 300’s by time season arrives!
460 pound squat. My squat has gotten much better and I’m really excited to finally hit a good number. That doesn’t mean the grind will stop though, again my goal is to be in the 500’s by next season and potentially in the 600’s by time I’m ready to make a college decision!
530 pound deadlift. I know I haven’t posted in a while but after working in the lab I am bigger, stronger, and faster then ever. New max outs went extremely well which included this huge 530 pound deadlift PR, although it’s a good number, I’ve got my eyes set on the school record
Truly honored to announce that as only a sophomore I have been announced 2nd team all conference in a tough Phac 1 conference. Very grateful for this achievement and very blessed by god to announce this. Only up from here and we will be even better for the next years to come!!
405 squat. Finally hit 4 plates on squat which is great for the time being but my ultimate goal is to be in the 500’s by the start of next season. We only just started though and we have a long time to achieve that goal! @crosskantz
500 pound deadlift! Finally reached a huge milestone and personal goal of mine which was the 500 pound deadlift. I’m very excited but it’s only up from here and we will only get better and stronger as time goes on. @crosskantz
Football is over but we back to the grind. This is week 3 with personal trainer @crosskantz but we are already seeing big results. Went from 295 for 6 during week one so 335 for 6 in week 3. Can’t wait to see what the future holds!
225 power clean. 15 years old and 265 BW. Definitely not the cleanest rep but we will keep working and keep improving ending my freshman year of highschool!
