@TELUSsupport your customer service support is horrible. We have been having a huge issue with an error on your end and you won’t let handle it in an easy way. We have spent hours on the phone with your techs and still not simple easy solution. Just talking circles.

@TheBrick your warranty service is terrible! I want a replacement freezer that keeps failing multiple times. Groceries are not cheap! I can’t even put a claim in for the warranty I paid for , on the food loss even though it says it is covered. Do better, make it easier for people
