Well, I had a spot of surgery several weeks ago. I now have an ICD (Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator). That's the thing in the lower left corner of this picture. The thing that kind of looks like some weird shoulder boob.

My cardiologist has told me that I have weak heart muscle and am at risk for tachycardia arrhythmia which may suddenly kill me without warning. I'll be on beta blockers for at least 90 days and must wear a defibrillator vest until my heart strengthens.
