@KarenMillen Absolutely disgusting refund policy. Bought items using card, returned them and was given a gift card as refund as I didn’t tick a box saying refund to original payment! But gift card only valid for 72 days. So either buy unwanted items in timeframe or lose money.

I was changing my journey to Chiltern, then saw the above so stayed at New Street. Stood on platform just waiting and announcer has just said tickets are valid on Chiltern from Moor Street. @parcelforce how do I speak to an advisor? All customer service options lead to automated menus. You attempted delivery yesterday, left a card saying collect from local PO, went to collect today but it wasn’t there. Looked online and you tried to deliver again whilst I was at PO

@BensonsForBeds Absolutely disgusting service from you. Delivery slot of 7am-1pm for 2 beds ordered & paid for 2 months ago. Nothing by 1:15pm, called you and told SEVEN more deliveries before mine. Driver obviously decided not to bother. No phone call, and still no beds!
