Наша сила в єдності і в людях, для яких демократія є не просто словом, а способом виживання. Ми довели: коли під загрозою існування нації, саме людяність стає нашою головною зброєю. Ми воюємо за право бути собою.

За ці три десятиліття Україна пройшла шлях до Конституції як реального фундаменту оборони. Ми стали міцнішими.

Дякую кожному, хто не чекає на вказівки, а просто робить свою роботу: захищає, тримає стрій і працює на захист держави.

Більше ніхто й ніколи не буде диктувати українцям, яких героїв шанувати, які свята відзначати чи яку історію вивчати. За це право свободи власного вибору та національної незалежності наші предки боролися сотні років, і саме за це сьогодні проливають кров наші воїни. Пам’ять про них повинна жити вічно.

Ми, наші діти та всі майбутні покоління повинні чітко знати й шанувати тих, хто присвятив своє життя боротьбі за Україну. Це особливо важливо сьогодні, коли ми ведемо війну за свободу України.

Президент Володимир Зеленський вніс до Верховної Ради законопроєкт «Про Український національний пантеон». Це рішучий і дуже потрібний крок для відновлення історичної справедливості, консолідації нашого суспільства та закладення фундаменту пам’яті для наступних поколінь. Цей документ є свідченням нашої державної зрілості.

Переконаний, що український парламент розуміє важливість такої ініціативи та якнайшвидше розгляне та ухвалить цей законопроєкт.

📚 Russian disinformation strategy across the United States and Europe is fundamentally opportunistic. The primary objective is not necessarily to persuade Western citizens to adopt pro-Russian views, but to paralyze NATO and the European Union by exacerbating existing social, racial, and political fractures. By fueling both extremes of the domestic culture war, the strategy aims to convince Americans and Europeans that their true enemy is their neighbor or their own government, thereby degrading social cohesion, institutional trust, and the ability to maintain unified support for Ukraine. 

The Transatlantic "horseshoe".

During the Cold War, the Soviet Union utilized "active measures" to exploit social unrest. Modern Russian intelligence agencies and proxy organizations, such as the Internet Research Agency (IRA) and the Social Design Agency (SDA), have modernized this approach using social media, bot networks, and generative AI.

The defining characteristic of these campaigns is that they do not pick a side; they play both sides simultaneously across the Atlantic. In both the U.S. and Europe, they exploit a "horseshoe" dynamic, targeting both the far-left and far-right because both extremes share a utility: skepticism of NATO, hostility toward institutional establishments, and a vulnerability to polarized outrage.

Left-Wing / Anti-Imperialist:

Institutional corruption, systemic hopelessness, framing the cessation of Ukraine aid as "pacifism," and anti-NATO sentiment.

Right-Wing / Nationalist:

White replacement fears, anti-immigration panic, "traditional values" under attack by "woke" establishments (Washington/Brussels), and election denialism.

The tactical evolution:

Russian operations have continuously adapted to evade platform detection while exploiting the Western media ecosystem, moving from human troll farms to sophisticated, AI-driven subversion.

➥ Internet Research Agency (IRA) Infiltration. 2016.

Troll farms created thousands of fake accounts posing as both right-wing "patriots" and left-wing activists to artificially inflate domestic hostility in the United States.

➥ The Doppelgänger Campaign. 2022 - 2023.

The Russian IT firm Social Design Agency (SDA) launched a massive campaign cloning legitimate Western news sites (like The Washington Post, Le Monde, and Der Spiegel) to spread anti-Ukraine and culture war narratives simultaneously in the U.S. and Europe.

➥ Electoral Subversion via Deepfakes. 2024 - 2025.

Operations pivoted heavily to releasing "leaked" audio deepfakes and forged documents during critical European elections (e.g., Moldova, Romania, Hungary) to manufacture last-minute scandals and discredit pro-Western candidates.

➥ AI and the ATAFIMI/Matryoshka Operations. Early 2026.

Cross-border investigations revealed Russia heavily utilizing generative AI to exploit international crises and European protests, rapidly tailoring wedge issues to specific national audiences across NATO and the EU to force "war fatigue."

The feedback loop.

Russian operatives frequently utilize a "firehose of falsehood" approach, prioritizing volume and rapid dissemination over consistency. When a domestic issue arises, such as an immigration crisis, a controversial police shooting, or EU agricultural protests, Russian bot networks flood the zone. 

Agitation: Fake left-wing accounts post inflammatory rhetoric demanding extreme institutional overhauls or violent protests.

Reaction: Fake right-wing accounts immediately capture those posts and present them as mainstream left-wing thought to stoke fear and existential threat.

Amplification: The algorithm rewards the high engagement of this manufactured outrage. Real domestic users, politicians, and media outlets adopt the talking points and carry the culture war forward organically.

This dynamic exhausts Western citizens with constant domestic outrage, making the political and economic cost of transatlantic solidarity too high for elected officials to bear.

Some of our members had the opportunity to visit Eurosatory 2026 in Paris earlier this month. This year, the defense conference boasted more than 2,000 exhibitors from 65 countries, and although we were unable to see anywhere near all of them, what we saw was impressive.

Countries from around the world, especially Ukrainian companies, showed off products based on developments from the Russian invasion of Ukraine, including counter-drone technologies, software for networked swarming systems, the integration of artificial intelligence into new types of weaponry, and more.
