BIG | 🇺🇦🇷🇺‼️ Ukrainian forces have pushed Russian troops back near Dobropillia in Donetsk Oblast following a joint operation by the Skelia Regiment and the Azov Corps.

Russian forces had reportedly been concentrating troops in the area in an attempt to reach key Ukrainian supply routes, create conditions for the encirclement of Druzhkivka, and continue their advance toward Dobropillia.

According to the Ukrainian report, coordinated operations near Hruzke and Novomykolaivka forced Russian troops to retreat from their positions.

🔥 Russia’s push toward Dobropillia is about more than capturing another town. Moscow is trying to threaten Ukrainian logistics and put additional pressure on the wider Donetsk defensive line. Pushing Russian troops back around Hruzke and Novomykolaivka disrupts those plans and gives Ukrainian defenders more room to hold their positions. Maintaining that pressure will be essential to preventing Russia from turning local advances into a broader breakthrough.
