Będzie zmiana ustawy wprowadzającej rejestr umów!
Po zeszłorocznych spotkaniach w @MF_GOV_PL i obietnicy przygotowania nowej ustawy dotyczącej rejestru umów, doczekaliśmy się propozycji, którą resort finansów przedstawił na spotkaniu 3 września. Nowe przepisy mają doprowadzić do powstania rejestru i uśmierzenia niepokojów podmiotów, które miałyby przekazywać dane do rejestru. Jeszcze w październiku ma ruszyć rządowy proces legislacyjny i projekt zostanie poddany konsultacjom, a na wiosnę 2025 r. zaplanowano pierwsze testy systemu.
