No issue at all with the work to be done. However the siting of the welfare facilities beggars belief!

Letter of 3rd April to local residents about the works makes no reference to this, and the contact details to raise concerns are not relevant to this type of work.

@AmazonHelp Prime delivery "still expected before 10pm today" until 2157, then "undeliverable" - refund in 5 - 7 days. No delivery attempt made tonight. Why not just deliver tomorrow rather than refund (late) and make me re-order? Very poor so-called Prime service!

@AmazonHelp Tried that. Just an automated chatbot response saying the order was cancelled. That isn't really "looking into it along with me".....

@AmazonHelp Yes, delivery date was today. It was "out for delivery all afternoon.Don't understand why Amazon's courier failing to attempt to deliver means cancel the order? Why not just deliver tomorrow? Or as soon as possible if courier damaged the package?

@sainsburys delivery cancelled by you due to driver shortage. Texted number to call, after half hour wait person on the other end said "nothing I can do". Whole order has been deleted from system so have to spend time redoing, rather than just rebooking delivery. Terrible service

and no options or suggestions of help e.g. You could have picked the order and offered us the chance to collect. But nothing. Why text a number that can't help? Sickness happens but this has been dealt with terribly.
