I terminated my service and moved out but @PPLElectric did not disconnect my power until several months later. Instead of @PPL_Electric fixing up their mess, and eating up their mistake of a bill, they send me to a bill collector. How now? 👀👀👀👀

Sooooo, I get a call from a debt collector regarding my @PPLElectric account. This company mixed up my meter with my neighbor’s. For almost 2 years, I paid for 3 neighbor’s bill. When my power got disconnected, 4 CSRs pointedly informed me that my meter was not mine.
