Our latest work was published on ArXiv this week: https://t.co/dm8c50ZGmd Good work by Vikram Venkatraghavan! We present a novel model (co-init DEBM) that can efficiently analyse the disease progression of different subgroups. We use this technique to analyze APOE in Alzheimer's.
