De #wolf is niet op natuurlijke wijze spontaan Nederland binnengewandeld, maar via een zorgvuldig aangelegde Wolvensnelweg die van Roemenië via Polen en Duitsland naar Nederland leidt.

De Wolvensnelweg bestaat uit #Natura2000 gebieden die met elkaar zijn verbonden door corridors.

Die corridors bestaan uit looproutes, hekwerken, verwijderde wildroosters, ecoducten, etc.

Aan de kant van de gewenste migratierichting wordt gezorgd voor een gunstige habitat met voldoende prooidieren waardoor de wolf de "goede" kant op wordt geleid.

NOG (VEEL) MEER CORRUPTIE IN DE EU

" Een nieuw rapport van de denktank MCC Brussels, getiteld ‘The Commission’s propaganda by proxy’, onthult dat de Europese Commissie miljarden euro’s aan belastinggeld gebruikt om via de financiering van een netwerk van NGO’s en denktanks haar eigen agenda te promoten en kritische stemmen te onderdrukken."

Volgens het rapport gebruikt de Europese Commissie het Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV)-programma als een belangrijk instrument om haar agenda erdoor te drukken.
Sinds 2021 is via CERV meer dan 1,5 miljard euro uitgegeven aan projecten die pro-EU-narratieven verspreiden. Dit programma, dat direct onder de Europese Commissie valt, financiert duizenden NGO’s en denktanks zonder inmenging van nationale overheden.
Hierdoor worden NGO's volgens rapporteur Thomas Fazi veranderd in ‘instrumenten van institutionele propaganda’, waarmee de grens tussen onafhankelijke burgerinitiatieven en politieke propaganda volledig vervaagt.

Frank Furedi, directeur van MCC Brussels, stelt dat dit rapport slechts het topje van de ijsberg laat zien: 'De Europese Unie heeft een buitengewone propagandamachine opgebouwd van NGO's en gehoorzame media, betaald met belastinggeld.
Daarom roept hij op tot een Europese DOGE, een orgaan met de macht om de volledige schaal van deze ideologische corruptie bloot te leggen.' Volgens Furedi is dit noodzakelijk omdat het rapport alleen kijkt naar CERV, terwijl er via andere kanalen nog meer geld naar pro-EU-projecten stroomt​.

Uit het rapport blijkt ook dat de Europese Unie enorme bedragen besteedt aan organisaties die haar integratieagenda ondersteunen.
Zo ontving de pro-EU nieuwszender Euronews 250 miljoen euro in tien jaar. De denktank Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS), die bekendstaat om haar pleidooi voor meer Europese integratie, kreeg eveneens 250 miljoen euro. De organisatie European Movement International (EMI), geleid door Guy Verhofstadt, ontving 15 miljoen euro tussen 2021 en 2025. Daarnaast ging 270.000 euro naar projecten in Roemenië, Bulgarije en Italië om ‘desinformatie die burgers van het Europese project afhoudt’ tegen te gaan. Daarbij werd elke vorm van EU-kritiek als ‘desinformatie’ bestempeld​, aldus het rapport.

Volgens het rapport gaat deze strategie verder dan alleen propaganda. De Europese Commissie gebruikt haar financiële macht ook om invloed uit te oefenen op de binnenlandse politiek van lidstaten. In Polen en Hongarije financierde de Europese Unie miljoenenprojecten die openlijk de nationale regeringen bekritiseerden en proberen te  destabiliseren.
In Hongarije kreeg de Ökotárs Foundation 4 miljoen euro van de Commissie, terwijl deze organisatie actief campagne voerde tegen het beleid van premier Viktor Orbán. De Hongaarse regering beschuldigde Ökotárs ervan een ‘lokale distributiepost’ van buitenlandse invloed te zijn, gefinancierd door zowel de Europese Unie als Amerikaanse organisaties zoals de Open Society Foundation​.

Rapporteur Thomas Fazi stelt dat dit beleid de democratie ondermijnt: 'De Europese Unie gebruikt NGO's om politieke propaganda te verspreiden en zelfs te interveniëren in de binnenlandse politiek van lidstaten.
Dit is een vorm van buitenlandse inmenging die haaks staat op de democratische waarden die de Europese Unie zegt te verdedigen.' Volgens hem is dit beleid niet gericht op het beschermen van democratische waarden, maar op het afdwingen van EU-beleid ten koste van nationale soevereiniteit​.

Een ander groot probleem dat het rapport signaleert, is het gebrek aan transparantie.
De Europese Commissie verdeelt miljarden euro’s via complexe financieringsstromen, waardoor het bijna onmogelijk is om te achterhalen waar het geld precies naartoe gaat. Deze ondoorzichtige werkwijze maakt misbruik en belangenverstrengeling oncontroleerbaar​.

Frank Furedi benadrukt: 'Alleen een radicale nieuwe instelling als EU DOGE kan de schaal van deze ideologische corruptie ontrafelen en een einde maken aan het misbruik van belastinggeld voor politieke propaganda.'

De onthullingen in het rapport laten volgens critici duidelijk zien dat de Europese Unie geen neutrale hoeder van democratie is, maar een speler met een eigen politieke agenda die met publieke middelen wordt gefinancierd. De vraag is dan ook of er een Europese DOGE komt nu er steeds meer schandalen op Europese schaal naar buiten komen.

Dit komt bovenop het schandaal van een drietal weken geleden inzake Frans Timmermans die ook via allerlei omwegen NGO's en Vzw's financierde om zijn Green Deal te promoten. Zelfde MO.

We wisten al langer dan vandaag dat de EU instellingen een stinkende beerput zijn waar corruptie diep doordrongen is, maar dat het zo erg gesteld is tart alle verbeelding.
