@AirCanada you allow a 24 he window for cancellation & changed my flight on me anyway, but your site does not allow for any action & I’m on hold with your customer svc for two hours plus now. Can someone please help? #customerservice#aircanada
@British_Airways you’re truly the worst. 8 months for my refund from a flight you cancelled & still nothing w/ no honest answers & your team told me my PNR has been purged after 35 calls. @dft should fine you for this abhorrent experience. Withholding funds is illegal. #shameful
