@AmericanExpress just had a bad CX at the Centurion Lounge in Charlotte. My wife ran out to get food for my son to eat (he's got food phobias) and they refused to let her in with Auntie Anne's pretzel bites. My 7 year old had to sit in the stairwell to eat. Wow, just wow.
