Another disastrous experience @StandardBankZA Home Insurance. My retired mom’s water pipe claim has been a nightmare. Pipes dug up and replaced, little communication, and now the pipe is leaking again after repairs. How is this acceptable service for pensioners?
@cathaypacific flights from Johannesburg to Hong Kong are often cheaper on competing airlines than on your own direct service. It’s hard to understand why your fares are consistently higher despite ongoing promotions and marketing. Crazy surcharge. #cathaypacific
@dineshgovender@Vitality_SA I think there’s still a misunderstanding — this isn’t about Emirates, it was simply the cheapest option Vitality Travel returned. I have no airline preference. The issue is the booking system pricing higher than the open market. If still unclear, please contact me tomorrow.
@Vitality_SA Vitality Travel is seriously frustrating. Even with the 25% discount local and int. flights are consistently more expensive than booking directly with airlines. I’m flexible, I compare options, and it’s never cheaper. What exactly are we paying for? @dineshgovender
@dineshgovender@Vitality_SA Dinesh,we can debate semantics but clients feel it in their wallets, that's what matters.I gave Vitality Travel carte blanche to beat the shared fare. This proves my point.I still have more questions than answers-this feels like a fundamental problem with the booking system itself.
@dineshgovender@Vitality_SA Hi Dinesh yes, same dates, open to any airline. With every option Vitality Travel offers on that route, not one comes close to booking directly. At the end of the day, this is a paid service there needs to be real, tangible value. Right now, the market is consistently beating you.
@dineshgovender@Vitality_SA Thx @dineshgovender DMing you now with screenshots. The numbers speak for themselves: JHB→HKG on the exact same dates is R10k direct vs R14k on Vitality Travel, even with the discount applied. I want Vitality to win here, but rewards need to show up in the price, not just the pitch
@4KobusWiese Sounds all too familiar. I had the exact same experience at Southdowns, escalated it to head office and never even got a response. That was 4 years ago. Haven’t been back since, and honestly haven’t missed it.
It’s clear that @FNBSA has no intention of listening to its clients despite the massive social media outcry over the #eBucks changes.Loyalty is being punished, not rewarded.Follow my example & boycott the eBucks partner ecosystem. If I’m no longer rewarded, neither should they be!
South Africans beware: @PicknPay ASAP has a serious technical issue. Payment processed, no order generated, no delivery, and despite numerous requests — no refund. Avoid using ASAP until this is resolved. Just avoid. 🇿🇦
@Rb__sa 2/2. Keep the eBucks. I’m making a clean break: cheque account, investments, insurance - everything. Listen to your clients. This won’t end well. Watch this space.
After years on eBucks Reward Level 5 and jumping through every hoop, I’m suddenly dropped to Level 3. It’s official: eBucks is no longer rewarding. Thanks @FNBSA for pushing me to start 2026 by switching banks.Changing reward rules twice in one year is skelm! #ebucks
@Rb__sa 1/2. Clients have been sharing their disappointment and FNB is clearly not listening. There’s no confusion or missed criteria, the bank has been moving goalposts for years to short-change loyal customers.
@Lesufi No one left… everyone’s tired of you and your party. Another fruitless expenditure so you can talk to yourself — the most racially divisive person in the room. Nothing new, just the same old rhetoric.
Really disappointed in the quality of my current @PaulMitchellUS@twincare shampoo bottles. They look like they’re disintegrating. I’m all for eco-friendly packaging, but not at the cost of quality — especially at this price point. Feels cheap, not premium. #PaulMitchell
@Vitality_SA Vitality’s sneaky rules are designed to cheat loyal members out of hard-earned cash back. No wonder people stopped chasing weekly goals. It’s a slow death—just like DStv. Keep your outdated rules and useless “benefits”. We’re done. #VitalityFail#NotSoRewarding
Did my @Vitality_SA Health Check early this month—all results in range. Yet I’m now penalised: healthy food cashback dropped from 25% to 10%! Vitality talks health, but rewards sneakiness over wellness. #VitalityFail
