@reinhardNFL I’d argue that it is more valuable having an average to above average starting QB on a rookie contract than an elite non-qb on a rookie contract. That’s why I have no problem reaching on a QB that you like enough to take in the first round. Tua/Purdy make more than any non-QB

Sean is a defensive minded coach who has allowed each defensive play caller to add their own wrinkle to the defense. I never really thought the micromanager label was fair. He has a vision and it’s hard to argue with the results so far

McDermott has often been labeled a micromanager. But we see example after example of him allowing his staff to put their own fingerprints on how the team operates.

Kromer is another example. A vet coach who seemingly has been given full control over the OLine and run game coordination.
