@EvansCycles 26/06/2026: Went to collect it — they'd assembled the WRONG bike for me. Asked for a refund on the spot. Told the store manager needed to approve it and he wasn't in. Was promised a call "tomorrow." No call came. #CustomerService

@EvansCycles 23/06/2026: Evans Cycles support (via Facebook Messenger) asked for my order number + postcode, then said "48-72 hrs" for a response. I asked for a refund out of frustration, then paused that when the store called saying my bike was finally ready for collection. #EvansCycles

@CB_cycles @EvansCycles Another Frasers/Sports Direct/Mike Ashley business. I won't give any of them my money.
The worst customer service you'll ever come across, they'll do the absolute minimum necessary to stay legal. If within 14 days they must refund the full price and original delivery charge.

Ordered a new pair of Endura cycling shoes from Evans Cycles. I'm sending them back at my own expense.
@EvansCycles don't do: free returns, returns forms, exchanges, there's no online returns portal, there's no delivery note.

Don't ever buy from Evans Cycles online #cycling

Hey @EvansCycles your shop in Kingston replaced the tube in my son’s bike but left the value cap in the tire and it punctured the new tube. Tough day for him pushing the bike home. You might wanna get some more training for your bike mechanics? #incompetent

@EvansCycles sent the wrong bike and admitted the mistake. The value difference is about £1,100, yet they refuse compensation and want me to pay for an international return. Is this fair? #CustomerService
