Hey @EvansCycles your shop in Kingston replaced the tube in my son’s bike but left the value cap in the tire and it punctured the new tube. Tough day for him pushing the bike home. You might wanna get some more training for your bike mechanics? #incompetent
@EvansCycles sent the wrong bike and admitted the mistake. The value difference is about £1,100, yet they refuse compensation and want me to pay for an international return. Is this fair? #CustomerService

Why do retailers use a demonstrably poor service provider such as Evri when send out online orders?
I ordered 3 items from @EvansCycles which was split into 2 parcels. The first part turned up, albeit left in an insecure area and with the box seal broken.
I had to use @EvansCycles as bro wanted birthday vouchers from there but not impressed that they don’t send a physical gift card or have a phone line you can call.
@EvansCycles we're told buy the most expensive helmet you can afford, just a shame your stores only seem to offer the cheapest ones you sell. Totally useless when your asking me to spend £150 on a helmet I can't even try before i buy.
@matt_roberts101@gamesyouloved Didn’t know till today they have halved the @EvansCycles in @houseoffraser in bham they haven’t even put the lights on, and moved it out of its own floor to a mixed floor with perfumes, watches and other tat and whatever is left of game, it’s a mess.
If you’re looking into buying a bike, particularly on line, do yourself a favour and avoid @EvansCycles at all costs, they are truly appalling.
They can’t even update me on an order, happy to take over £500 and provide fuck all feedback… I used to rate Evans..

When did Evans cycles become so shit?!
Over £500 (which I know isn’t expensive for a bike) was notified it would be delivered no later than today and then chase them up via chat (that’s the only way) and told it’s now out of stock. Utterly useless.
@EvansCycles I bought an electric bicycle from Evans for £1,100 in 2020. It was rubbish and the staff had no intention of fixing it. I can see from all these complaints that nothing has changed.
@EvansCycles shocking customer service! Received email on 8th December saying bike we had ordered a week earlier wasn't in stock and refund would be issued. It is now Boxing Day, no refund received and on an endless loop of useless answers on website when trying to chase.

6200+ people have had a terrible experience with them since collecting reviews. That is mental.
