Ndugu, Car brakes failing is not proof that cars don't need brakes.
Similarly, reports going “unenforced” do not establish that the Constitution was designed to make them unenforceable. Without the constitution, the report would not matter, or even exist.
This is why it is important to distinguish principle from implementation. You can have a sound principle and poor implementation. The failure to implement a principle does not, in itself, make the principle unsound.
Constitutions are not self-executing machines that neutralise injustice. But they define mitigation methods.
In the absence of a constitution, what will you refer to for method? Your feelings?
More importantly, which specific provisions of the constitution are you referring to when you say that “the constitution was deliberately designed to ensure the rich can never get justice and injustice will forever reign on the poor”?
That's not just a sweeping statement, but the syntax does not gel. Which design are you referring to?
Hey @KenyaPower_Care, do we already have power rationing in some parts of the country? We've had power interruptions the the past 7 days about the same time everyday. barely 12 hours of power everyday.
The fight to liberate Kenya from the chokehold of illegal, odious debt requires exactly this kind of patriotic innovation. We cannot pay for what we did not receive, and tracking it in real-time is a powerful weapon for public awareness.
Let us engage. Our youth must lead this vanguard for economic justice.
@OkiyaOmtatah@JimiWanjigi@otienowill
Include the youth who know Odious debt is on the kenyan taxpayers as a chokehold.
Im the innovator of the https://t.co/Z2Qw3e37Ih and i would be part of my patriotic duty.
THE SHYLOCK NEXT DOOR
You would never let someone use your ID to borrow money from a Shylock, then expect you to repay the loan. You would call it THEFT.
So why are we so quiet when it happens to our country?
Kenya’s public debt now stands at about KSh 12.8 trillion. This year, about 91 percent of the taxes we collect will go to paying debt, not improving hospitals, schools, roads, or supporting counties.
We feel it every day through higher taxes, delayed county funding, delayed and reduced capitation, struggling public services, and fewer development projects.
Debt is not the problem. Debt without clear results is.
Every Kenyan is paying for these loans. Every Kenyan has the right to ask one simple question.
What did we borrow all this money for?
Your name is on the bill. Your voice should be part of the conversation.

@sholard_mancity Let's start with self-discipline on the road 1st. There's no need to waste public funds on that with the rogue drivers we have on our roads. Trust me! If we were disciplined while in traffic, including pedestrians rightly using foot bridges, this would be a timely idea.
Delivery platforms like Uber, Bolt, Glovo and Little will pay higher licence fees after the CA introduced a new licence category for the sector, effective July 29.
The new rules include:

The audit reveals that Finsprint, a private firm involved in the SHA payment system, deducts a 2% fee from every payment made to hospitals before the money is sent.
Strangely, it also says the firm's majority shareholder has no verifiable address.
According to PS of Interior, this is a Kenyan walking to board an Uber to go lock himself in his house and sleep.
There are reports that somehow his body transported itself from the house where he was sleeping and booked itself at City Mortuary as a victim of hit run accident.
