@British_Airways As per your message I have DM’d you details. But the AI response suggest it can’t receive DM’s that don’t fit its criteria. Please advise on how I can actually speak to someone to resolve.
@British_Airways please advise how I can speak to a human to resolve an issue. I have tried emailing and DM’ing but only getting AI BOT responses. I have been emailing customer relations since January without success.
