@Tesco can you retrospectively apply points to a pet insurance policy I took out? Two days after doing so l go an email advising to use a code to get £35 of clubcard points if I take out pet insurance 🙄. It’s not due to start til 19th a June.

@cineworld Alas not as we had a restaurant reservation. Even the house lights didn’t come on when the film finished and we had to use our phone torches to see. Really unhappy with our 3rd and final visit to see this great movie.

@cineworld seem Michael 3 times. Twice in Glos quays and the third time today in the brewery at Cheltenham. So disappointed with the Chelt one. Screen was far too dark and the volume was too low. In Glos you could feel the thumping of the music. Chelt was really quiet.

@AvivaUK I literally do 3k miles a year with full no claims and you’ve put my car insurance up by £7 a month. Why? If it’s not lowered to what it has been the last two years I’m going elsewhere. I’m 54, not some young inexperienced driver.

@EE My husband managed to set his new iPhone up and then deleted his e-sim 🙄. Can you advise how he can get this back as he already deleted his sim from his old phone and trying to log into his EE is sending a text to his number which he can’t rd give.

@British_Airways flying from JFK tonight. Because of the issues with TSA we plan on getting there 4 hours beforehand. What happens if we don’t get through security in time for our flight? We have to show BA documentation AGAIN which you already checked on the way out.

@currys i purchased a Hisense washer dryer from you in October 2024. It’s consistently had an f16 code when drying. Engineer ‘fixed it’ on 25/11. I tried to use it tonight and low and behold the same code has appeared. Whose responsibility is this for a replacement or refund?
