@KenyaPower_Care The transformer servicing our area (Gitaru next to the railway station) developed technical problems yesterday 6.45 am; Sparks and huge fire. We have been in the dark since then with no help forthcoming. Most of us work from home. Kindly resolve the issue urgently.

@PeterNdegwa_ I think safaricom home fibre is the most unreliable product safaricom have. For the last one month the internet is always down atleast twice a week . Today we dont have internet since yesterday 6pm and this is becoming very frustrating esp for those of us who work from home

@KenyaPower_Care Its like Zambezi pple dont have the right to power. Power outages every now and then. The engineers always on the transformer for the last two months yet nothing is done. For now we don't have power for the last two days and still waiting.hope sthg is done urgent
