@cashflow_king94 Oh yeah, it’s an individuals choice. I think I know the answer, but getting the notification when a dividend hits the account is a great feeling!
@HenryPryor The agents that recommend solicitors hundreds of miles away tend to be the culprits in my chains. We only rec local solicitors who update clients & us regularly. As transactions are taking longer, communication is key in keeping everyone as up to date and happy as possible.
@JamesDa42150584 Sorry to jump in but as an agent that has experience with this, we’ve had to advise cash buyers only on prc homes. Even homes that have the certificate of the prc being removed are difficult if a joining homes haven’t been done
@financial_shaw It makes so much sense to be as upfront as possible. Recent valuation I went on the walls were crumbling with damp, advised vendor to get a report done, quote was 10k we reflected that in the price, gave voewers the report. Everyone fully aware from the start, sale went through
@DDC2 @danbots247@moving_charlie Id probably recommend saying if they haven’t found somewhere by x date that you will start to look at other properties. But, you’ll not withdraw your offer until you have found something else. It’s important to ask what the onward chain is with the property the seller has found.
@moving_charlie Hi Charlie, do we know if any of these 764,000 have actually finished paying off their mortgage or is this figure only for people who will have an outstanding mortgage at the end of their current fixed term?
@santanderuk lowering mortgage rates while @AskNationwide are raising them. Seems like there will be banks taking different approaches to the mortgage market…
@Llwyd_1@moving_charlie All agents have to advertise any referral fees they get. We do, but we are the only agent in our town that do it! The industry is just poorly governed.
