Are implants part of the body? Another interesting finding by @georg_starke, presented in Geneva yesterday: People with implanted deep brain stimulators tend to see them as part of their body and even themselves. This may have legal implications...
Could you help a team of researchers who are developing a new questionnaire to support parents of children being screened for Type 1 Diabetes?
We are looking for parents of a child with T1D and parents who have considered screening.
We know the decision to have a child screened for a disease can be tough to make, so we are developing a new questionnaire to identify common issues that may arise in order that we can put appropriate support in place for parents who may need it.
We would like to hear your views on screening to make sure we are asking the right questions.
How can you help?
Take part in a 1:1interview or focus group.
