@DoctorTro Would this perhaps apply to T1D as well, if A1C was high before becoming pregnant and then higher amounts of insulin were needed during pregnancy to keep BG low, and further due to insulin delivery via pump to keep it constant and continuous with Basal/Bolus amounts higher?
