@Brandon_Beaber Last weight in 1/5/2022, loss -1.7, goal is to go 6 times pushing my wheelchair around the block without stopping (.80 miles). Last Wednesday I had a slight gain. But it was water weight. Happy to be on the right track.🙂 #weightcheckwednesday
