@_aperfectmess_ My son has a masters & bachelors from UT Austin. His GF has a BA. We are helping them financially just so that they can survive. They both drive old beater cars. His GF’s student loans are at 8 & 9% interest. With little job opportunities, they are stuck. It’s not sustainable.🤬

People should be enraged w/DELL. From my son this morning: “Dell just announced to their staff they aren’t paying their commissions this month.” My son’s GF makes $32k in Austin. They just “promoted” her by giving her 2% commissions back🫠. They are fucking over UT grad students.

DELL sucks! My son’s GF was hired after graduating from UT Austin Biz. The same position a year before was offered to my son for $65k. They offered her $32k + a small commission. This year, that position is $26k. Today, they cut her commissions. GenZ is drowning for corp greed.🤬

We had no idea she had dementia. That’s how ignorant we were. She was also in a wheelchair & had leukemia (all through covid). Brutal timing.
