It seems like liberal women need a reminder: THIS is what a real mother looks like.
"Several years ago when massive hail smashed through Fiona Simpson's car windows during a violent Australian supercell, she didn't hesitate.
The 23-year-old climbed into the back seat and threw her entire body over her four-month-old daughter.
The hail hammered Fiona instead.
Photos afterward showed deep bruising covering her back, shoulders and arms. Her baby escaped with only minor bumps.
Fiona later received a bravery award, but she didn't think she'd done anything extraordinary.
Her explanation was simple: “I'm just a mum.” Exactly.
When her baby was in danger, there was no calculation and no concern for what might happen to her own body. She became the shield.
Make Fiona famous all over again. While social media is flooded with sympathy for Lindsay Clancy, fill the feed with a mother who threw her own body over her baby to keep her alive. THIS is the kind of woman worth celebrating."

Why do moms only hear about postpartum depression or postpartum psychosis?
Why aren’t we talking about postpartum euphoria and postpartum joy?
Postpartum is too often conflated with a dark and stormy time after birth, when in reality it is beautiful, peaceful, and some of my life’s most fulfilling days.
Today I cuddled my baby, fed my baby, made dinner, read to my kids, and time just slowed down.
How grateful I am for this time in my life.
Evita is right—let’s talk about postpartum euphoria.
@Sword_and_Bored@LifeNewsHQ@peta You are correct and I personally don’t like PETA but unfortunately most mass production for wool products are done very carelessly and cruelly with no regard for the animals well being. If we treated dogs the same way it would not be tolerated 😬
@LifeNewsHQ Surrogacy is awful for both mothers and the babies. I understand there’s good intent in many cases but too much abuse comes from it. It is quite literally selling human lives like livestock
@bckyardprincess@JaimeeUSA It truly is. I’m so happy for you for being able to experience the never ending joy motherhood brings 🥹 I wish I could telepathically share part of the experience to the so many women that convince themselves the same. I fell for it too before my daughter & now I want 1000
@JaimeeUSA Beautifully said🥹 I’m 25 and my experience was the EXACT same as what you’ve described. I said “I don’t want kids & if I do it’ll be later bc I wanna travel & blah blah blah” then my daughter came along…Motherhood is truly the peak human experience ❤️ May God bless your family!
@BaptistClips@chromocollector Hey bro. Someone’s about to piss on your grandparents tombstone. You have any comment on that? You have an audience waiting
@MattH_4America They pretend to be against it until they’re in power. Trump said drain the swamp? Lol looks like he IS the swamp. Bernie says no flock? Turns out he only wants flock when he’s the one in charge of it. It’s sad. They say what we want to hear just to do the exact opposite of it
73% of women on the titanic survived.
Only 19% of men did.
Read that again.
Even the richest men alive, class, power, status, all useless when the ship started sinking.
Hierarchy collapsed.
Gender didn’t.
“Women and children first”
Not a suggestion.
A rule men didn’t break.
Men stood there.
No panic
No begging.
Just accepted it.
They didn’t ask:
“Do I know her?”
“Is she worth it?”
“Will she remember me?”
No one asked if it was fair.
No camera.
No applause.
No second chances.
Zero return.
Full cost.
Understand this:
When survival gets limited, a man’s life becomes negotiable.
Men like that built the world.
And today?
Masculinity gets mocked.
Call it whatever you want.
But when everything collapsed, men paid first.
This isn’t opinion.
This is history.
In 2023, Courtney Gartshore used a hairdryer to burn her 3 month old daughter. Using the highest setting, she caused serious burns over 18% of her daughter’s body. The little girl died.
Today, Gartshore was sentenced for her daughter’s murder. She got 6 years. Call me draconian if you like, but in my opinion she should never get out of prison.
