"Tests passed" is not an approval process.
Agents can plan, code, test and review. The last step should still have a human name on it.

@lightsilver323 Your team is about to hire AI agents. EvoluneOS is how you manage them.
Every agent gets a role, a budget and limits. A human approves before anything ships. Every decision is on the record for your auditors.

@spacedevin EvoluneOS: a governance layer for AI coding agents.
Agents plan, code, test and review. A human approves before anything ships, and every decision lands in an audit log.

@16vchq@EvoluneOS is the governance layer for AI agents: every agent gets a role, scope and budget, and nothing ships to production without a human approval and an audit trail. NVIDIA Inception member. https://t.co/t433NA0DYT
Nobody:
Your AI agent at 2:14 AM: git push --force origin main
The scariest line in any deploy log is approved_by: null.
EvoluneOS puts a human yes between every agent and production.

Your auditor won't ask which model you used.
They'll ask: Who approved this change? What was the agent allowed to touch? Where's the record?
If the answer is "somewhere in a Slack thread," you don't have AI governance. You have a screenshot.

“Treat the AI agent like another developer” breaks the moment you ask:
Who does it report to?
Who reviews its access?
Who’s accountable when it ships something wrong?

Good one. Email might be the most irreversible action there is: no revert, no rollback, and they've already read it.
That's the line we built our gate on: anything externally visible waits for a human. https://t.co/WqepR2J4Yt
Would you let an agent draft it and a human hit send?
Engineering leaders running Claude Code, Codex or Cursor across a team:
What's the one action you would never let a coding agent take without a human approving it first?
I'll start: merging anything that touches payments or auth.
#ClaudeCode#Cursor#AIGovernance
Every agent-written change should be able to answer 4 questions before it reaches production:
Who asked for it?
Not “the agent.” Which ticket, which person, which intent.
What did it touch?
Files, services, configs, secrets. The full blast radius, not just the diff.
Which policy applied?
“Payments changes need a code owner” only works if something actually enforces it.
Who approved it?
A named human, recorded, with what they saw when they clicked approve.
With human engineers, most of this lives in people’s heads and team habits.
With agents opening dozens of PRs a day, habits don’t scale. These answers have to be recorded automatically, every time.
How many of the 4 can your team answer right now?
Asking because the honest answer at most teams we talk to is #1 or #4, and neither scales once agents open hundreds of PRs a week.

agreed, That split is our whole design too: run free inside, one gate on what leaves.
What we added on top of the gate: a record of who said yes, when, and why, so the approval survives an audit. https://t.co/WqepR2J4Yt
Up for a 15-min look sometime? Feedback from a builder beats anything.
Same ticket. Same agent. One gate in the middle.
That’s the whole difference between a demo and production.

@SheralTech Knowing the limits is step one. Writing them down is step two.
Most teams' agent rules live in someone's head, which works until a run fires at 2am and nobody's watching.
That's why we made them policy, not habit: https://t.co/t433NA0DYT
The AI coding race asks: how much can the agent do?
Enterprises are asking a different question: how much should it be allowed to do?
That second question will decide who actually ships with agents. 🧵
