@TomBlackmore90@Ash_Jones_1 I think it comes down to HMRC’s opinion of the vehicle useage. I think if you remove the rear window covers it’s a no go. But HMRC are definitely clamping down on it unfortunately
@Ash_Jones_1@TomBlackmore90 You have to bear in mind though that if you bought it as a commercial and then convert it to have seats you have to change it on the V5 to 5 seats to get it insured properly and then they can inform HMRC and you can become liable for all that vat and corp tax relief
@ivystubbles@iamtomskinner calculated on the rentable value of their portfolio, based on last charged rent, if someone pays 100k a year for a premises but then its empty, its better for them to leave it like that than reduce rent to 80k a year, over their whole portfolio that 20k a year has a huge impact
