@maxguyzer I agree. There may not be an announcement for it. But there definitely won't be an announcement against it. It's a corporate stage with high focus.

Hopefully it'll be announced, or it least "we have plans for our wallet app"

Why would they want to subsidise swaps within their wallet, especially over a bullrun?

A new restaurant can give our free burgers for the first 100 customers. They could do it for the next 100 after that if they wanted, but it's not sustainable in the long term. There's a reason you'd Subsiidise, and that would be to promote something else that would add value to their business

The reason that Jirachi SIR was so important is that Jirachi is known as the Wish Pokémon. In one of its Pokédex entries, it is said it spends most of its life hibernating and will wake once every thousand years to grant any true wish. It doesn't wake up for just anyone, but will wake up from its slumber if sung to by a voice of pure heart—like a child.

I'd say out of those 10k coins a day none of them get to this level of attention. One out of 70k over a week maybe.

Firstly, memecoins and communities are here to stay. Why? Lotteries have ran an appoximate 50% take for centuries with full disclosure of the odds. Negative expected value doesn't eliminate a game where participants are buying variance rather than expectation. It only unravels the game if players are computing EV, and the marginal cryptocurrency buyer definitely isn't. Additionally, the passing extractive meta creates the distrust that makes the few remaining cults scarcer, which is what gives them a premium if a bull actually arrives.

Robinhood chain and @vladtenev will dominate. The reason why Binance/Coinbase were so successful was because they could dangle CEX listings as a carrot for tokens to access large retail money; the average retail guy doesn’t know or bother to learn how to buy onchain. @RobinhoodApp is already established in that space, more than incumbents if you include their tradfi market, and therefore, in this coming cycle, will cannibalise most of the “lottery ticket listing” effect where binance and coinbase used to have a monopoly. They've competed in more competitive/diverse institutional environments and for longer in tradfi.

New chain + Robinhood-branded retail rail + a mascot that is not yet the chain’s #1 coin is the EXACT same setup that produced BRETT/TOSHI on Base and early BONK-era Solana winners. Cashcat is a starting leader which demonstrates that the chain can already take a memecoin into 9 figures easily.
