I mean, it’s pretty damn clear: “: (all) persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”
Three Supremes, and sometimes a fourth, clearly have little respect for what’s actually written in the Constitution. Why be bothered when they can just legislate from the bench? But at least a thin majority did actually respect the citizenship clause of the 14th Amendment.
My former party is bat shit crazy, un-American, and authoritarian/fascist. But my former party will keep winning nationally and in battleground states & districts if my new party continues this hard lurch to the left and nominates candidates who are anti-American, anti-capitalism, and anti-Israel. That’s the only thing that will save my former party.
