@AmericaPapaBear Worse is likely coming in February.
When I was in Central Texas, storms like this usually hit in mid-Feb. +15F Degrees is predicted for Sun AM, Central TX.
I saw temp/snow/ice as low as -2F one time in Central TX in mid-Feb. Mid-teen temps not that uncommon with Arctic Express
@j0ker937@Walmart However, had 2 of 3 hardware returns over many years handled VERY poorly by Walmart.
Bad 1st involved=unsafe electrical hardware product.
2nd=just took FAR longer than needed to resolve obvious.
Good=Easy replace of defective bicycle (gear system found badly damaged on delivery)
@j0ker937@Walmart Depends on corrupt city?
I re-weigh real-time cut meats and cheeses from the "deli"
counter and never found a meaningful weight or cost error.
With ~1 exception per year, in years of service, Walmart has always addressed delivery problems in about 15 minutes.
@konstructivizm Check your image. One doesn't see stars and planets in the "dark" portion of the moon as imaged. The solid moon is still there and hides the items behind it...the dark portion is not "missing moon".
@JLRed5@lady_valor_07 They're trying to make up for the 8 PAGES of letter-sized, single-spaced pages of JUST the multi-language translations of the basic info that comes with each script.
EIGHT PAGES!!! and apparently no way to request Language "XYZ" only to save paper and recycling costs.
@lady_valor_07 Do you have a "Sharpie" like water-resistant pen?
Perhaps put some tape around one of the bottles?
Repurpose or buy a special bottle and move contents of one or the other to it (be consistent).
I usually purchase in larger containers and move to smaller to save shower shelf space
@Alex_Fox2040@eevblog There are major restrictions on quite a number of "can't do/run that" programs, and even license restrictions when using S, Student (now=Education), or Home versions of Windows...things they flat out can't do or you can't assign necessary authority (Administrator) to meet needs
@4thOfJuly365 I would think using a microSD instead of an USB would be better for almost any scenario hiding a physical data storage item.
A single microSD can now store up to 2TB. About size/thickness of U.S. dime, could be hidden by or stuck to nearly anything/anywhere. Even caulk/paint over
@4thOfJuly365 I had JUST re-watched movie "Atomic Blonde" (Charlize Theron, James McAvoy) shortly before seeing this query, so my mind had already been thinking of spycraft.
The movie revolves around people trying to find a secret list.
@Rainmaker1973 If you're going to that approach, one might also consider going to magnetically suspended shaft=eliminate bearing friction. Already available on relatively low-power rotary fans.
This solution would also impose power limitations far below a 100% mechanically coupled gear system
@WoodShells1969@Rainmaker1973 Steve said, "Could drive a prop shaft without needing a hole through the hull.."
Can do that now w/ suitable design mech assemblies.
Think over the transom gearing assembly,
or aft of the transom engine/shaft/prop assembly,
etc
@LuvTX76@urlgrl@HustleBitch_ Hundreds of planes and over 16 thousand people have gone permanently missing in Alaska in just ~35 years...
Small miracle packages arrive at all.
REALLY rough country
Unpredictable rough weather
Rough lives.
@HustleBitch_ Scripts take longest. From day of script deliv takes anywhere from 3 days to 2+ weeks
Handling refills outside of "recurring monthly refills" is a real PAIN (however I'm seeing that at all pharmacies since Fed & State "pharmacist knows best" laws went into effect a few years ago)
@HustleBitch_ Prime subscribers in my area not seem to have big shipping problem. I get SOME deliveries same day...without paying expedited Prime shipping fee, and I'm not a big-time online Amazon shopper;
typical monthly~
1-3x 'household' items
1x grocery shop
1x low-cost pharmacy script
@Alex_Fox2040@eevblog Some of the 'beginner' levels were so basic and restrictive, the user couldn't do much of anything other than use Microsoft store provided programs. VERY little to no room for the user to customize the user environment or add features, including even simple hardware add-ons.
@Alex_Fox2040@eevblog Alex said "That's why windows was a success, there was no beginner windows.."
Incorrect. After Win3(?) Windows created multiple levels in each release suitable for various hardware complexity and/or user abilities/needs (like Startup, Student, Home v Pro, Enterprise, etc)
@brew6pac@BGatesIsaPyscho "On any given day more than 87,000 flights in the skies in US...28,537 commercial flights, 27,178 general aviation (private planes), 24,548 air taxi flights (planes for hire), 5,260 military flights and 2,148 air cargo flights (FedEx, UPS, etc)"

@brew6pac@BGatesIsaPyscho brew said "..If you not near a flight path it probably is chem trail, especially if your in a farming area"
>5000 military flights/day (1 to 8-engine jets) often not near commercial "flight paths" and often in "flyover" country
About 5,000 planes are in the air at any given time
