8/8: My prediction:
By 2030, interacting with healthcare will feel dramatically better than it did in 2024.
Patients will get answers faster, understand their options, and reach the right care with far less friction.
Clinicians will have the complete picture when decisions are made.
We will look back and be shocked that healthcare ever operated with so much waiting, uncertainty, and administrative friction.
1/8: The U.S. spends $5.3 trillion on healthcare every year.
A 1% improvement is worth $53 billion.
Over the next five years, AI will do much more than cut costs. It will reshape how millions of patients are diagnosed, admitted, treated, and cared for.
Healthcare is about to change faster than it has in decades. 🧵
7/8: At exacareai we work with thousands of nursing homes and post-acute providers.
We see how missing information and delayed decisions affect patients every day.
We also see what becomes possible when decisions that took hours or days begin happening in minutes.
Thanks for the write up @digitaljournal. This feels like a perfect segue for me to get more involved in posting about #technology and #healthcare on here. I apologize to my hockey people who would prefer I post about my phantom assists & empty net goals. #TechyRuss
