@NYCMayor is still fighting firefighters who already won in court after being fired for the Mandate. If you think that’s disgusting, speak up for our First Responders! 🧑🏼🚒⚖️👮🏻♂️
Attorney Christina Martinez @ExemptionLawyer appealed to New Yorkers to stand up for NYC firefighters and other first responders the City is still fighting in court.
The City fired them under the C19 vaccine mandates and has refused to accept court decisions ordering their reinstatement.

Breaking news!!!! Federal Judge in EasternDistrict of New just held that school district doctors CANNOT second guess whether a treating physician is right that a child needs a medical exemption under the ADA. Oceanside ordered to allow Sarah Doe back in school!!! Thank you @ChildrensHD for supporting the suit on this historic victory. @chaddavenport10, thank you for being co-counsel! @DailyWireNews@KimIversenShow@teacher_choice@SecKennedy@HarmeetKDhillon
@charliekirk11 My son lost his religious exemption in 2019 when the NYS legislature repealed the religious exemption option for all children. They also tightened the restrictions on the medical exemption making it nearly impossible to receive a medical exemption. We need so much help!
Please, @NYCMayor — don’t let this continue.
FDNY firefighter Brian Smith was forced out 155 days before full retirement. He won in court—and so did 7 others.
Now he may lose his home and can’t afford college for his son.
Drop the appeals. Make this right.

Just beat the City in Vasquez v. NYC, a COVID vax religious exemption case.
Their motion for summary judgment? DENIED. My motion? Granted on 2 of 3 prongs. They knew he objected on religious grounds. They punished him anyway.
Trial’s next. God gets all the glory!
