海賊版問題の全ての根源はこの思考にあるんだよなー。

しかもこの「諦めろ」の裏には「ゲームやアニメは日本の特権なので、日本では楽しむ権利があるけど君たちにはないから、手に入らないなら諦めろ」というのが殆どのケースで隠れているわけだけど、これが人としても、ビジネスとしても間違っていると思える人が増えなければ大きな変化は起きないと思う

人としての回答としてはシンプルに自分たちが好きな物は多くの人にも共有しよう、自分たちの喜びを他人を共有しようっていう気持ちの部分だろうし

ビジネスとして見れば、正規で欲しがっている人に販促方法を提供し利益にしよう、その利益を作者やクリエイターに還元出来る環境を作ろうってなる

海賊版市場に適切なプラットフォームをおいて市場を伸ばして巨大な利益を得たのがSteamだったりSpotifyだったりするわけだけど、日本がどれだけ素晴らしいコンテンツ文化がってもプラットフォームが尽く他所の国に奪われている理由の一旦もここにはある気がちょっとする

まあとはいえ、シンプルに自分たちが楽しい、素晴らしいと思える物を、世界中の人に知ってほしい、見て欲しいと思える心の在り方みたいな物の方が問題は大きいのかな

作品の作者も、普通に世界中の人に見て欲しいと思っていると思うんだけど、作者も「日本人以外見るな、劉通させるな」って思ってるのかね。

手にしたいけど手に入らない市場に対し、適切な価格と方法で流通させることは、回り回って作者やクリエイター達の幸せに繋がるという所まで想像力を働かせないと、彼等の意見は変わらないと思う。

まあ日本と海外で海賊版の意味が全然違うので、そこから来るシンプルな意見の相違とも思えるけど。
