We’ve all had a few days to sit with @JuliaGillard’s declaration of whoops and as the minutes go by, the angrier I get. Not just at the admission that, basically, it was a “regret” to open up the legal category of women to men, but at the reluctance to admit it was wrong.

And the fact that it’s only now, after amazing UK women & men are putting on pressure by turning up to her events to remind of her of the whooosy, that she dares to say anything.

Not when @jk_rowling was getting countless r*pe & d*ath threat from the very men these kind of laws were changed to include.

Not when a man in his 50s took a pregnant woman (🙋‍♀️) to federal court, using that very specific Australian law change & institutional capture to his advantage.

Not when @ActiveLesbians were told by the Australian Human Rights Commission that heterosexual men who claim to be lesbians must be included in lesbian events.

Not when @martina came under attack for defending women’s sport, years after already battling for LGB rights.

Not when @KirralieS was dragged through courts for bringing attention to MEN who claim to be women in womens sport.

Not when that very league told the women in that sport if they so much as walk off the field because men are on it *they* will be punished.

Not when media started reporting on school girls not drinking WATER at school because boys were in the only unisex bathroom available to them & no adults would help them.

Not when women prisoners finally got word to the outside that they were in cells with MALE SEX OFFENDERS, locked up with them only because the Gillard amendments to the sex discrimination act (arguably) allowed it.

Not when Jasmine Sussex’s life was turned upside down for stating the fact that men cannot breastfeed infants, and because men can be women in law suddenly she’s the bad guy.

Not when the sex discrimination commissioner told senate estimates that men who claim to be women can have pregnancy protections in law but women can’t have single sex spaces, thereby interpreting the Gillard amendments to give men protections they don’t need while taking away women’s protections we do need.

Not when countless women in Australia and around the world were and are being punished for saying NO to this absolute bullsh-t that men can be women in law.

She said nothing until it started to interrupt her day in the mildest of ways. It’s pathetic.

There have been many scandals through the history of modern medicine. But none even come close to "gender-affirming care."

Think about it: A political movement just conjured into existence a type of young person that defies every single thing known about child and adolescent development, demanded that this fictional patient cohort be pumped full of toxic unproven drugs in the complete absence scientific justification, then insisted that these innocent youth be ushered into the operating theatre to have healthy body parts needlessly lopped off.

Extremists of this movement took over the leading professional association in the field (WPATH), set about creating garbage standards of care based on their unhinged ideology, infiltrated the Endocrine Society and the American Academy of Pediatrics and engaged in a conspiracy to manufacture scientific consensus for their despicable, unethical experiment.

And every major medical association just went along with it! Fell for the stunt these crackpots pulled!

Just accepted that a group of healthy kids needed to have their bodies destroyed because they possess a mystical inner gender essence, that these modern-day lobotomies are “medically necessary” and “life-saving” because a bunch of unhinged fanatics said so.

My favorite part about the “protect the dolls” slogan is that you just have to research the history of it to know that “dolls” were the men who “passed” as women & “bricks” were the men who claim to be women but don’t “pass” as women. There are no “protect the bricks” movements. Their own movement is “twansphobic”.

I wholeheartedly welcome the new IOC guidelines that secure a safe and fair female category that excludes male athletes.

SRY screening is a simple, non-invasive, once-in-a-lifetime check that returns female sport to female athletes.

Laurel Hubbard should not have been allowed to lift weights against women.

Caster Semenya should not have been allowed to run against women.

Imane Khelif should not have been allowed to punch women in the face.

This is a vindication for all the brilliant women who have fought for fairness and safety for all women in sport.

I’m happy to explain it:

Autogynephilia is a fetish in which a man becomes sexually aroused at the idea of himself as a woman. The outbreak of “trans identities” amongst fully grown adult males over the past decade or so can, for the vast majority, be connected to the condition of autogynephilia, while they claim to have a “gender identity” of “woman”.

Gender identity has been put into law in many jurisdictions, and in many instances gender identity is overriding sex - which is the immutable characteristic connected to sex based rights. Sex based rights are what women & girls rely on for many spaces, services & sport.

With gender identity in law, it means that an autogynephilic man can use the law to have *more* rights than an actual woman: a man who is aroused at the idea of himself as a woman can use the law to go into a woman’s change room & her objection to that is irrelevant. A sexual fetish has more rights than a woman or girl.

Again, in the vast majority of instances, women’s mere objections to autogynephilic men - that they are actual women or that they should be legally permitted in female spaces - is framed as hatred or bullying. The simple word of “no” is used against women, in favor of the men who are aroused by the idea that they are women.

Many women’s lives, and livelihoods, have been or have attempted to be destroyed for simply saying “no” to men who are aroused by the idea they are women.

This level of gaslighting is bound to make even the most level headed woman, at the very least, angry. Women are allowed to be angry.

🚨BREAKING🚨

UPenn has agreed to apologize to the female Division I swimmers who were forced to compete against Lia Thomas.

It has also committed to stripping Thomas of the titles and records he obtained while competing as a "woman," and will return them to female athletes.

Just hours ago, the US Department of Education announced that the following steps will be taken by UPenn to comply with Title IX:

- UPenn will restore to female athletes all individual UPenn Division I swimming records, titles, or similar recognitions which were misappropriated by male athletes allowed to compete in female categories;

- UPenn will issue a public statement to the University community stating that it will comply with Title IX, specifying that UPenn will not allow males to compete in female athletic programs or occupy Penn Athletics female intimate facilities;

- The statement will specify that UPenn will adopt biology-based definitions for the words ‘male’ and ‘female’ pursuant to Title IX and consistent with President Trump’s Executive Orders "Defending Women from Gender Ideology Extremism" and "Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports";

- UPenn will post the statement in a prominent location on its main website and on each of its websites for women’s athletics;

- UPenn will rescind any guidance which violated Title IX, remove or revise any internal and public-facing statements or documents that are inconsistent with Title IX, and notify all staff and women’s athletics of all such rescissions; and

- UPenn will send a personalized letter of apology to each impacted female swimmer.

This action followed an investigation by the Department’s Office for Civil Rights’ that found UPenn violated Title IX by allowing Lia Thomas to compete in female athletic programs and occupy female-only locker rooms.

The Anatomy of a Scandal

In 2001, the Harry Benjamin International Gender Dysphoria Association (HBIGDA), later to become WPATH, produced its Standards of Care 6 (SOC6). The document was heavily ideological and based on the flimsiest of evidence.

Then, in 2009, the Endocrine Society produced a set of guidelines on how to treat gender distress. Many of the authors of these guidelines were WPATH members, and the recommendations were based on HBIGDA's shoddy SOC6.

In 2012, WPATH produced its Standards of Care 7 (SOC7), based on Endocrine Society's 2009 guidelines and their own SOC6. There is still a complete absence of anything resembling real science.

So we already have circular citations creating the illusion of consensus. But from 2012 onwards is when it gets really interesting.

As you can see in the image, medical associations all over the world, infused with ideological zeal, produce guidelines recommending extreme medical interventions for confused youth and young adults, based on WPATH's SOC7, which in turn is based on nothing but WPATH's own citation laundering.

Then, to top things off, WPATH then produced its outrageous Standards of Care 8 (SOC8) in 2022, and cited many of these international guidelines to bolster its pseudoscientific assertions.

In essense, at the centre of this web of circular citations lies an empty shell, completely devoid of real evidence. This manufactured consensus has led to untold numbers of healthy young people being sterilised, robbed of their sexual function, and having healthy body parts chopped off.

There has never in all of history been a medical scandal that rivals this one.
