Think the year 2026 will be giant year for M&A. I do agree with @bhorowitz though, it's not going the M&A that traditional finance guys are used to at all...

Dispute Resolution on Exitpad 🔍

In normal dealflow:
Deal terms agreed �� Buyer funds Safe escrow ➜ Seller transfers assets ➜ Buyer satisfied & signs to release ➜ Seller signs ➜ 2/3 signatures achieved; release funds + assets programmatically.

But disputes happen.

Current dispute mechanism:
➜ Buyer or Seller submits dispute at any stage.
➜ Exitpad team notified, reviews evidence (chats, terms, submissions) → first mediates for mutual agreement.
➜ If needed, team signs as third party fairly: release to seller if terms provably met, or refund buyer if proven otherwise.

Future (True Decentralization):
➜ DAO becomes the third signer upon Safe creation.
➜ Unresolved disputes → DAO votes & signs based on evidence.
➜ Team steps out of dispute signing → true community governed decentralized command for disputes.

This is ExitFi maturing: safe, fair, scalable, decentralized onchain exits for Web3.
