@SamaHoole I eat stir-fry chicken with chicken liver. Fried in butter. On the side I have cream cheese or peanut butter. It's lovely, quick, cheap and I have 5% - 7% total body fat. No need to trash chicken. We can't all afford steak! And offal is THE TASTIEST and all nutrients needed 💪
