#UsdanPetTips 🐣 Easter is full of fun, but it can also bring hidden dangers for pets. Before the egg hunts begin and candy baskets come out, brush up on these pet safety tips:
✅ Keep chocolate and candy (especially anything with xylitol) out of reach.
🌸 Avoid toxic spring flowers, especially lilies.
🚫 Skip the plastic Easter grass. Opt for paper or fabric instead
🥚 Count all eggs after the hunt to avoid spoiled or swallowed surprises.
🍽️ Say no to table scraps, especially rich or fatty foods like ham.
🚪 Watch the door: make sure pets don’t slip out during guest arrivals.
🐰 If you're bringing home the Easter bunny, make it a plush one rather than a live one.
#UsdanPetTips Mother's Day is coming up! If you're planning to send flowers to a household with pets, make sure to choose a non-toxic arrangement. Many popular flowers are poisonous to pets, and some can be deadly. 🌸

#UsdanPetTips - While we're all looking forward to a great summer, it's important to remember that the heat can be dangerous for our furry family members. On hot, humid days, the safest place for your dog is indoors, ideally in the air conditioning, with plenty of water.
