i started out on the anti-AI side of things in the beginning of this hype bubble because that's just culturally what i'm surrounded by and i remain pretty skeptical of a lot of it, but the hard anti-AI crowd lost me months back by overusing disingenuous bad faith criticism.

The culture is just lagging but in a few years people who push your ideas will be seen the same as anti-vaxxers and flat earthers once the general public better understands the tech/science and is used to it.

@LukKadlec10 You don't understand what consent is in this context. When people sign a ToS that's consent, when they put their data online on a public place where anyone can learn from it, that was the tradeoff they agreed too. Ignorance is a poor excuse.
