AI的发展速度，已经超过了社会为它做好准备的速度。

比尔·盖茨近日警告：AI既可能成为推动全球平等的强大工具，也可能成为制造严重不公的力量。它可能大规模取代工作、扩大贫富差距、加剧欺诈与网络安全风险，并让越来越多人失去对自身未来的掌控感。

因此，“谁将控制AI的下一层”已经不只是一个重要的技术或商业问题，而是一个关乎人类主体性、社会公平，甚至未来生存的根本问题。

今天参加对话的项目，分别代表AI基础设施链条上的不同层级：

A — 能源、芯片与算力
B — 模型、推理与路由
C — 预言机、数据与验证
D — Agent运行环境与任务执行
E — 身份、记忆、权限、主权数据与个人本体
F — 市场、支付与价值结算

Holon并非只位于其中某一层。它涉及并连接A至F的每一个层级：调用算力与模型、接入数据和预言机、驱动Agent执行，并进入市场完成交易、支付与结算。

然而，LingoAI相较其他AI基础设施项目最独特的贡献，是以人为中心的E层——让身份、长期记忆、数据、权限与个人本体真正归属于每一个人。

昨天【AIMX新加坡2026】在 金沙会议中心盛大举行，#LingoAI @lingoaitech CEO #Una @UnaWCX 接受了钛媒体（@TMTPostGlobal ）的视频采访，聊了一个很有意思的话题：AI 时代人的重要性体现在哪里？

Una在访谈中指出：#AI 仍处在发展的早期阶段，它还无法真正替代人的判断、创造力和复杂的社会协作。但我们也必须承认，AI 的迭代速度远远超出大多数人的想象，而这个趋势几乎无法阻挡。

我们无法阻止 AI 变强，但我们可以让未来的 AI 建立在个人获得主权的基础之上。

所以，比起讨论“如何阻止 AI 替代人”，我更关心另一个问题：

当 AI 变得越来越强，人还能掌握什么？

我的答案是，数据的控制权。

今天 AI 的能力建立在海量人类数据之上，但数据、算力和模型正在越来越集中于少数平台。我们真正需要改变的，是这一底层基础设施：让数据的所有权、控制权和价值分配重新回到个人手中，让每个人都能够决定自己的数据如何被使用、被谁使用，以及产生的价值如何分配。

我们也许无法阻止 AI 变得越来越强，也无法确定“被替代的那一天”是否真的会到来。

但至少，我们可以努力让未来的 AI 不是建立在人失去控制权的基础之上。

这也是我为什么带领@lingoaitech 一直在做 #SovereignAI 和去中心化数据基础设施。
