Launch is the opening move. What comes next is built through participation.
Bring your conviction. Make your case. Be part of the opening chapter.
YOUR SEAT. YOUR MOVE.
The Extra Chair: Research, Strategy, and Participation for the RWA Era
The Extra Chair combines stock research, meme culture, and structured decision-making. Explore a market question, record your reasoning, and return with evidence to evaluate what changed.
The website is live, with nine stock themes:
NVDA · TSLA · HOOD · AAPL · MSFT · AMZN · META · GOOGL
Every strategy round starts with 12 action points. Spend them on additional clues, support votes, tactics, and responses to scripted opponents.
Clues and tactics cost 2 points each. Base support votes use quadratic pricing: one, two, or three votes for the same project cost 1, 4, or 9 points in total. Your allocation determines how much information, influence, and flexibility you retain.
Participants assign probabilities, seal their judgment, and review the outcome. Calibration scores and council wins are recorded separately. Scenarios are fictional, and scores have no cash value.
The wider experience follows a repeatable cycle:
Research → Decide → Participate → Review
Research prompts, official investor resources, written judgments, follow-up reviews, and a personal progress passport help participants build a record of their thinking. Records currently stay in the browser and can be exported.
A community token is planned for issuance on Pons. The proposed model would establish participation eligibility while preserving an equal base action allowance. Holding thresholds and verification rules remain to be established. The token would not confer listed-company ownership or shareholder rights.
The proposed 2% creator tax would allocate receipts as follows:
· 50%: stock-token rewards.
· 20%: product and data.
· 20%: content and contributors.
· 10%: operating reserves.
This remains a proposed budget framework. Actual spending would require defined tasks, acceptance records, and payment evidence.
Wallet connections are read-only. The token, shared seasons, real rewards, and AI automated trading have not launched.
Choose a theme. Allocate your 12 points. Record your view. Return with evidence.

12 points. Your call.
At The Extra Chair, every round begins with the same action budget. How you spend it shapes what you learn, which proposal you support, and how much flexibility you keep.
Across fictional scenarios inspired by nine stock themes, you turn a market thesis into a sequence of decisions:
· Reveal an extra clue: 2 points
· Support a proposal: 1, 2, or 3 votes cost 1, 4, or 9 points respectively
· Play a tactic: 2 points
· Keep 2 points for an evidence challenge or an extra ally after the scripted rival moves
One possible allocation: two clues, two votes for one proposal, one scouting tactic, and a final response. All 12 points accounted for.
More information leaves less room for influence. Concentrating your votes leaves fewer options later. Holding points back preserves a response, but means committing less upfront.
Before the outcome is revealed, seal your probabilities and explain your reasoning. Afterward, review what changed. Forecast calibration and council wins are tracked separately.
That is the idea behind The Extra Chair: make conviction visible, make trade-offs explicit, and make reflection part of the game.
How would you spend your 12?
