@PharmerNG@mhudsonphd@Sarepta@SRPT Additionally, we developed muscle targeting EVs for delivery of therapeutics (or a variety of different molecular cargo) specifically to muscle. Thus avoiding therapeutics designed to treat muscle disorders from going to other tissues.
@PharmerNG@mhudsonphd@Sarepta@SRPT We are doing several things. One is packaging AAV into extracellular vesicles (EVs) and bypassing immune issues and allowing for higher doses with fewer off target effects.
Separately we are delivering full size dystrophin RNA & protein to muscles.
