@StephenMBlack82@hard8_times I cam do that as well, I play world of warcraft from my couch woth a couchmaster. But still prefer xbox for a quick "sit down, start up and play". Still a bit smoother than my pc experience. I don't care about the visual fidelity difference. Games look fine on series X
@JayDook@Swurv__ It's a potential consequence of not having exclusives. There's a reason they're changing course now instead of continuing their multiplatform approach. So if you say you don't want them to have exclusives, the you're risking the life of the platform itself
@JPNHatesXbox You're the laughing stock of X that even playstation fans don't want anything to do with you.
Do you truly have nothing better to do in life than to complain about xbox and to beg for xbox games? Perhaps get a job or a family? Or perhaps better not...
@HlNOMARUSUMO Without gamepass, you wouldn't have bought those 3 games probably.
Which means, they still got 15$ out of you instead of 0.
Not sure which kind of "win" you were looking for here.
@RoninRakurai@aarongreenberg As with everything, you can never say never.
But you should also know the difference between lying, and changing strategies.
It was the truth back in 2021 that there were no plans for a PS5 port. Does not mean plans cannot change.
Also, you keeping the same energy here?
@Senninsage I rather have a healthy ecosystem so that third parties don't start randomly skipping the platform, if exclusives are the way to make the ecosystem healthy, then I'm okay with that!
@Sonnalistic@Swurv__ And that mostly only works on scale, so you need enough incentive to get enough people into your ecosystem.
In a perfect world, xbox went multiplat and playstation and Nintendo followed. But instead Playstation doubled down on exclusives and released games "everywhere but xbox"
@Sonnalistic@Swurv__ But those PCs/PC-parts are sold at a profit, they don't care what software you buy/run on it. If they sold consoles at profit, they'd be even more expensive. The console itself is a loss leader to bring people into your platform, to then recoup the cost via 30% sales cuts. /1
