@Atlassian has deceptive subscription policies that make you sign up when you think you’re just signing in. It creates a duplicate account and then you can’t delete it. Can’t get a hold of customer service.
@atlassian your billing practices are deceitful. I have tried to discontinue my account since Feb ‘26 BUT you keep billing me! An agent emailed that I had a duplicate account and said to reply to her email, but when I did, it said that email cannot receive replies. Contact me!!!
