@VerizonSupport you are asking particular details regarding poor service, but in my opinion, it’s so useless. Your service was great years ago now it’s not. Longer you deny it longer you’re not going improve it.

What happened? Constantly dropping calls signal is low, data is slow and often unreliable… why?
Verizon’s handling of this massive outage is absolutely disgraceful. Hundreds of thousands with ZERO service for hours no calls, no data, phones stuck in SOS. No real official statement or explanation until way too late. It’s 5:50 PM ET and I’m still offline in PA. Shame on you, @Verizon. #VerizonOutage

@elonmusk Once I asked to produce image of a swimmer in a pool to make a funny picture for a swim team, where my son swims, Grok stops halfway and told me image could not be completed!
I honestly think what they’re doing with the @weather predictions is insane. There’s no way forecasts can be completely wrong in the opposite direction this often. This has real-life consequences for people.
