What a glorious day for #F3nation! Our PAX and awesome 2.0s crushed it at the Salmon Days Parade. We had a blast representing F3, spreading the 'Fitness, Fellowship , Faith' message and #EHing new prospective guys! Look at that crew!

No one standing at the door asking for a credit card.
No cancellation policies.

F3 is forever free. For ALL men. Period.

However, a hero of ours famously stated, “It costs a lot of money to look this cheap.” We miss that kid. Anyway around F3, we'd put it a bit differently: It took a lot of generosity to get F3 where it is today.

Every man was given F3. Many from another man. Many from a wife seeing a facebook post. Many from a podcast. Many from the first time he held his newborn. Selfishly, we ALL took that gift. And every one of us is better for it. And so forever grateful.

Now it’s our opportunity to give it away. Give locally. Give nationally. Give your time. Give your leadership. Give what you can, if you can. Whether you see the value in strengthening your local region or connecting and growing this worldwide movement, the point is the same:

ACCELERATE. Because free doesn’t mean we don’t give. Free means somebody gave it to us and we get to give it to the next man.
